As per rumors, Samsung Galaxy S21 FE (Fan Edition) is in development and could launch much sooner than expected. In the first place, Here’s what the renders reveal. This is the first-ever time we get the first look at the upcoming Galaxy S21 Fan Edition.
As per the latest leak, Samsung Galaxy S21 FE (Fan Edition) is in development and could launch much sooner than expected. Overall, Popular tipster Steve Hemmerstoffer, better known as OnLeaks on Twitter, has shared exclusive renders showing the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE edition.
Let’s uncover the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE
The Galaxy S21 FE will have a slightly larger 6.4-inch Super AMOLED Plus display flat Infinity-O display (compared to the 6.2-inch screen on the Galaxy S21) with 1080 x 2400. All in all, Like the Galaxy S21, the FE variant will sport a centered punch-hole selfie camera which Samsung refers to as the Infinity-O.
The larger screen meshes with, the larger overall size of the Galaxy S21 FE (while both devices have the same thickness, the FE model is 4mm taller and 3.3mm wider)
As can be seen, Renders suggest that the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 2020 will sport the same design as the successor with a glass-covered back. The upcoming smartphone will be a part of the Galaxy S21 series launched earlier this year. Phones included in the series include a glass-covered back with a metal frame and a metal rear camera housing.
Camera and Software in Samsung Galaxy S21 FE
We could see the handset carry 8GB of memory and 128GB of storage. What will find a triple-camera setup on the back with an eye-catching look? And while that mirrors the number of snappers that comes with the Galaxy S21. The lenses on the Galaxy S21 FE will no doubt be of a lesser quality. The Galaxy S20 FE was priced at $699 when it was released last year to see a similar price for this year’s model.
Renders show the camera module made from the cheap glass-covered, which could help save costs. It also appears that to cut cost Samsung has dropped the exterior metal frame of the regular Galaxy S21 and opt for a cheaper metal subframe.
Rumors and leaks suggest that the global version of the Samsung smartphone will come packed with Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC in terms of the hardware setup. In contrast, the Indian version could feature an Exynos chipset, most likely Exynos 2100 SoC.
