Huawei is giant electronics and smartphones manufacturer. Huawei is china’s most prosperous business house, which deals as a technology firm. But after getting banns from the USA, Comapny is no longer the most prominent phone manufacturer in the world. Their new inventions and modern technology patents are still keeping them in the race.
To generate a new path for income, Company plans to lease its patents to other brands like Apple and Samsung. These brands will use Huawei’s 5G technology for the royalty paid on each phone sold.

In the year 2019 to 2021, Huawei got 1.2 to 1.3 Billion in revenue, but the company not disclosed the amount contributed by 5G patents. The company is negotiating prices with both companies for leasing their patents.
Huawei aims to offer a lesser price than Nokia, Ericsson and Qualcomm. As per the intellectual property head of Company, Apple pays $7.5 to Qualcomm when they are going to offer the same technology at $2.5 per smartphone.
Huawei is pretty confident about getting revenues even after sanctions. Huawei is claiming that the USA can not stop them by getting paid as they patent this technology.

This amount will go up over $600 Billion till 2026. Now disputes and debates are on how much components and parts will be treated as these companies’ property. Other manufacturers and smartphone manufacturers are in a rush to give opinions and to put various claims.
