Oneplus has finally confirmed 23rd March to be the launch date of the OnePlus 9 in India. The company has revealed the names of upcoming models in the Oneplus 9 series. They are Oneplus 9, Oneplus9 pro, Oneplus 9E.
Oneplus has established a partnership with Hasselblad, a big camera manufacturing brand, to enhance the camera quality of the Oneplus 9 series.
OnePlus 9 will feature a full HD display of 6.55 inches(1080×2400 pixels) and use an AMOLED panel. The phone will use a flat OLED screen with a punch-hole 16MP selfish camera, which will probably have a refresh rate of 120-144Hz.

This OnePlus9 series will have a quad-camera with a 50 MP Sony IMX766 ultra-vision sensor, which is the best camera sensor used in any OnePlus device.
The new smartphone will have a panoramic camera that supports a 140-degree field of view. It will also have a free-form lens to eliminate edge-distortion in wide-angle photos and T-lens technology to allow fast focusing by the selfie camera.
OnePlus9 will come with a Hasselblad Pro Mode, which will help users control and adjust ISO, focus, exposure, white balance, fine-tune their photos, etc. With Hasselblad’s camera, the users can enjoy the advantage of improved HDR video recording, color tuning, and sensor calibration. Recording 8K and 4K UHD videos will also be possible at up to 120FPS.
OnePlus 9 Other Features
The device will come with Qualcomm top-end chip, Snapdragon888 chipset, Adreno 690 GPU, and octa-core CPU. In addition, it will have a storage of 256GB, RAM of 12GB, and will support 5G connectivity. The battery capacity is expected to be higher than the previous Oneplus8 series, i.e., above 4500mAh. It will support fast-charging, 65-watt dash charging, and 40-watt wireless charging.
The price of Oneplus 9 in India is expected to start from Rs 37,999.
